Wonderful service from the receptionist and all the staff. A wonderful experience.

The property was spotless and the heated pool was superb. Around the pool areas was very well maintained.

Walking the hill to the property was the only negative, however buses and taxis were free available.

Loved our 4-night stay - super cool heated p, quiet, away from the busy high streets of Costa Adeje.

Beautiful location with nice view. Very spacious apartment - great value for money. We had a car so for us not a problem being 5 min by car to the nearest beach. Loved the heated pool.

The beds have been slightly uncomfortable - if I am picky.

Comfortable, well situated and lovely staff

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We had a sea view which was nice. The beds were comfortable and were actually 2 single beds which we were able to push apart. The pool area was clean, had no trouble finding sun loungers at this time of the year but could be a problem in busier times. It was a comfortable 10/15 minute walk downhill to beach and lots of shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi back to apartments, only €5/6. Supermarket on site and a lovely little danish bakery for coffee and sweet treats. Bigger supermarket 5mins down the street. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The jacuzzi wasn't working for the first few days but then when it worked it was constantly filled with kids. They were jumping in as if they were jumping into the pool. Maybe would be a good idea to have some adult time only or at least that children must be accompanied by an adult.

Pleasant place to stay in!

Location was nice for us, not in the busiest tourist area but close enough to everything desired. Apartment was spacious for the two of us and view from balcony was nice towards the ocean!

We were there for four nights and cleaners came only after our first night there, I guess we were just unlucky with their cleaning schedule.

Welcoming staff & apartment was ideal for our purpose.

Staff were excellent particularly Kathie in reception. Apartment was very acceptable.

Good value for money. Heated pool was the highlight. Great for kids.

Excellent location. We travelled with kids (5 and 9) 20 minute walk to beach downhill. Uphill was doable for the kids and a good bit of daily exercise. Its very steep so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. However, a taxi from the beach only cost us 6 euros. Perfect. The pool was heated and was the highlight of the hotel. It has a shallow end and deepend, plus a separate pool thats even shallower and can contain kids safely. Pool bar is OK. Can have a beer and a sangria at the pool. Limited spirits. Not sure they do any. Cant get a coffee until 4pm either for some reason. The location is also great as its very close to a huge shopping centre with restaurants, shops and a large Mercadona. Even closer is a great little bit with a restaurant called 360. Its amazing value, all the locals eat there. Has lovely canarian food and really cheap. This little bit also has a local supermarket very well stocked. The staff at the hotel told us nothing about anything local. Anytime we asked anything we felt it was a hassle and bare minimum information. The on site Danish bakery was a saviour. Pizza, fresh baguetts sandwiches, great selection of freshly made cakes, croissants and savoury pastries available until 14.30pm. Onsite shop is also pretty well stocked up and one of the staff members was full of character and brightened the place up. View from hotel balcony was amazing. Could watch the sun set. Lovely set up.

I booked the spa. It only cost 10 euros for one hour. Not expensive and you get it all to yourself but the sauna and steam room were both off with no advance warning. The heated pool was lovely and the water pumps were working. Decor is a little in need of a freshen up. On the way to the spa i passed the kids club and gym. Reception did not mention anything about the kids club, gym or spa to us on checking in. It would have been nice to know it was there as we were travelling with two kids. There was limited engagement from the staff at reception. Didnt find very approachable. Very limited information given on checking in. Customer service didnt feel very welcoming or friendly. The animation ladies were absolutely lovely and the evening on site restaurant staff were excellent too.

Fantastic Last-Minute Getaway

The staff were all absolutely phenomenal and made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. The apartment was exceptionally clean on arrival, and the balcony had a stunning view of the sea. The pool was great and cleaned every morning, and there were always loungers available. The pool bar was also great. The nighttime entertainment was fantastic as well as the cocktails! The supermarket just round the corner was amazing. Would definitely stay here again! :)

The bedrooms in the apartments could do with an upgrade. The beds were quite uncomfortable and awkward to sleep in when you’re a couple as it is two single beds. The paintwork in the room could also do with a touch up as there were many marks on the walls. Apart from this, it was amazing!

As the makings of a very nice place, reception people are nice. The rooms are very nice and laid out well

These rooms definitely need air-conditioning, could do with a little tidy up here and there, And the heat pool wasn’t very heated my little girl got a cold ????

Wonderful

The accommodation was suitable for our needs. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was clean and pleasant. Its location in the hills made the surroundings very pleasant - not crowded and not noisy. There is a supermarket approximately 5 minutes away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the local promenade and beach. By car, it takes 10-15 minutes to reach Aqualand, Siam Park, and several other nice beaches.

What was unpleasant was that despite receiving Wi-Fi access, there was no internet connection. However, regardless of the latter, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Great facilities for kids, nice location, lovely terraces

Oscar the barman was so lovely with our family and made delicious cocktails! The children’s facilities were great- sandpit, park right next to the pool. The terrace was really chilled out, nice view. Reception staff really helpful. Big supermarket 5 minute walk away. Big terrace. Nice views. Walking distance from town.

The towels could have been changed a bit more and the rooms were a bit dated.

Great pool and view. Great location if you don’t mind and up hill walk. Nice and spacious room

Homely little Hotel with helpful staff

The Regency Club has a nice relaxed laid back atmosphere and is worth the climb up over the motorway for the ocean views from some of the apartments.

While we were there the Restaurant was only occasionally open and this left no alternative but to head down to the coast in the evenings.With such a cosy foyer/reception and terrace area more could be made of it.
